How can I prevent a neighbor's dog from defecating in my yard?

My neighbor started doing that so I collected the poop with a garden trawl and deposited it on his front porch right in front of the door. Guess what, it stopped!

I'd talk to the neighbor too.... if he's not willing to help keep the dog away, then go to your local feed store and purchase a deterent spray to keep animals at a distance from your property.

Talk to the neighbor. If that doesn't work the buy a B-B gun and aim for the fleshy part of it's rearend. The dog will remember that sting and not come back. It may take a couple of times, though.

Tell your neighbor about it, and if it keeps happening then call a police officer and tell him whats going on and that you told the neighbor and shes not listening and you don't know waht else to do that will solve the problem, im pretty sure.

Milk jugs filled with colored water placed about 3-5 feet apart around your yard works really good from everyone I know who has this problem. (Also great for keeping deer out of your yard.)
