Best answer
I presume you'd want to take a Marc Train. Find the station nearest you & either get off at Greenbelt or Union Station. You may have to take the Metrorail, but both stations are right in the vicinity.

I think the Washington Metropllitan Transportation Authority(WMATA) has a Metro light rail station in or very close to the Owings Mills area...check it out...

Buy a ticket and look at the train schedule. It is not rocket science. Trains have been carrying passengers since the early 19th Century.

Wish I could help but the only train i know of that goes to DC is the MARCtrain.. I ususally get the MARCtrain from downtown.... sorry
