Lots of warm fluids will help. I always drink tons of hot tea, the warmth helps relax my tummy muscles, plus the circulation of liquids helps the flow of your blood stream and can help your cycle go by faster.

I know this might sound crazy but... having an orgasm will reduce your cramps. An orgasm will bring blood to that area and relieve the pain.

lie down on ur bed and get a hotwater bottle (obviously filled up) and put it on ur lower stomach, this relieves the pain. U can also try some natural medicines with evening primrose oil in it...it really does help!

There are heating pads now that are adhesive, you stick them to your abdomen, and they heat without a cord or anything, they last for hours. I heard that calcium works cramps as well. On oprah, an ob/gyn said that taking midol or pamprin a few days before your period can help as well, it stops the cramps from happening at all.

Warm bath (not too hot, that can cause hemorrhaging) and exercise (sit-ups)

Exercise works for me...it gets those endorphins flowing. Also, the bath idea is a good one.
