Best answer
Pamprin or Midol and yes def. a heating pad. also try to drink some hot tea and take a nice bubble bath.

yeah, heating pads work. so does tylenol or ibuprofen or something like that. or a nice hot bath or hot tea/ hot chocolate

midol it works heating pads do too and playtex makes a heating pad just for cramps i ahvent tried but i wanna also u can try advil i know my mother in law uses it and she says it works wonders for her

I find that a hot pack on my lower abs and back work really well. There are these stick on hot packs that you can get from outdoors stores to keep you toasty while in the snow, but they work just as well for easing cramps.
