Read the money order first and see how long the money order is valid for. There is always a notation somewhere on the front of the money order stating "valid for 90 days" or whatever time period. Bank money orders are valid for upwards of a year. Go to your bank and just deposit it like a check.

Go to your bank. There should be a number on the back of it. They will call the number to make sure it's good and not fake. you can also call the number as well. That's the best and safest thing to do guarateed. Or you can visit my website and have a look around. We take money orders:) I hope I helped.. .

go to where you got the money order from and explain to them - they will have a way for you to redeem it.

Your bank will still take it, just deposit it like a normal check.

On the back of the money order, or on the receipt, should be a phone number for the company issuing money order. Call them and tell them the problem. They'll tell you the best way to handle it.
