Incase you are using Outlook Express. Go to Tools > Message Rules > Mail and create a rule to block it.. . If you are using browser to access your mail, you can block it by sending it to bloked list.

Its spam.Pure and simple.DO NOT REPLY TO IT Not Once!!. If they do they will know that your email addy is being used and you will get hundreds if not thousands of the blasted things a week.Plus you will get ones for : bigger boobs,bigger dicks,cialiis,viagra etc.. Dont go there.
