Okaaay relax, and breathe! lol I do this quite a bit, pick at my pimple thinking I'll make it seem less visible but it always seems to backfire. So I finally figured out how to make it less visible and reduce swelling and scarring,. 1st: Dissinfect the area by gently dabbing some rubbing alcohol on it. Vodka works fine too.. 2nd: Mix some aspirin and warm water together. Just a bit of water though cause aspirin melts really fast and you want the solution to be pasty not full of liquid. . 3rd: This is a lifesaver. Polysporin triple, heal fast formula. this will prevnt scarring and it works overnight. Keep applying it throughout the day or as soon as the area dries.. . This has worked very well for me. I hope it does for you too!
