One major right and responsibility of American citizens currently in need is the right and responsibility to question corrupt authority. Remember, the Boston tea party was an act of defiance against corrupt rules meant to harm citizens. The rules enacted with the patriot act and allowing king bush to rule openly against the laws of the land needs to be abolished.
