How effective is the Weight Watchers program?

It varies from person to person, people do not lose at the same rate. the first week is usually a 3-6 pound weight loss and then 1-2 pounds a week. Sometime more sometimes less, all people have different metabolisms and it depends also on how much activity or exercise you do it's a healthy program, go to a meeting and see.

You have to eat less and exercise more. If you cant do it on your own, its going to be hard to do it through them. Its all about motivation and wanting to do it. I struggle with weight too and I cant do it on my own because I love food, so I dont bother joining a program but doesnt mean you shouldnt try, but its going to be hard work.

WEIGHT WATCHERS IS A GOOD PROGRAM. WEIGHT LOSS DEPENDS ON THE PERSON. IT'S EASIER TO LOSE THE FIRST MONTH. THEY'LL TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOU SHOULD WEIGH.

Weight Watchers is a great program because you can eat what you want, when you want- the trick is limiting how much you eat. It helps you keep a balanced diet and allows you to become thin and healthy at the same time. I love it especially because I know it's something I can stick to. And I would say that you could probably lose 8-10 pounds in the first month.
