How can you say he's house trained if he's constantly peeing in the house??? I'd say, he's doing it because he's NOT properly house trained!

Because either you didn't train him properly or he smells another dog and is marking his territory. If he's not "fixed" he could be "spraying".

He's doing it because he can smell it. If you don't do a thorough cleaning to remove all trace of smells, he'll keep going in those areas. Then you need to re-train him. If he's not neutered, this would be the time to do it.
