You can't. The law must apply equally and identically to all people. Few non-Muslims would tolerate shariah; it is certain that I would not.

Any legal system based on superstitious origins that imposes horrific disabilities on half the population and presumes to dictate what and when people may eat is not one that can ever be acceptable to any human who is self respecting and regards freedom as more important that obeying the dictates of a pack of lunatics. Shariah has incredibly primitive attitudes--chop off body parts as punishment, punish blasphemy (if your frigging god is so powerful, let it punish it's own blasphemy, not depend on humans to do it),, and impose itself on people who darn well don't want it.

Some sort of easily identifiable national ID system of some sort where the law is based on the cultural law you were born into, perhaps?. . Also allowing the individual the freedom at some determined age to declare a one time cultural shift in laws to fulfill the need of individual to change their culture and faith... . Not sure if any of this would work, but at least it's an option to debate and possibly improve upon.

Is not it like asking to have a different law for different groups like Christians and Buddhists and atheists etc... in my book the law should be the same for everyone therefore it should be free of any religious concept since it is a set of rules that police a multicultural society.
