How can I get the Social Security Administration to reveal the address of someone who is fraudulently claiming my son's death benefits?

I don't know that they'll release the name to you, but you should pester them about pursuing criminal charges. It is a felony offense, but since the SSA is being defrauded, they are the ones responsible to go after the thief.

File a report with the police and that should take care of it.. . They won't release the person's address to you because that creates a liability.... . Why do you need to know where the person lives.. That's the job of the police
