Thanks to all the third world countries who supply our fast food chains with all the low grade beef to meet their demands, fast food chains can keep on selling the average american. Quit sending us low grade beef, and maybe the fast food chains will go out of buisness and Americans will be forced to eat something else. 'they spend all the money...' is not correct. Many eat at these places as they are the second cheapest places to eat, after making food totally from scratch.

Americans are fat because they sit on their butt all day long, cut grass with a riding lawn mower, do everything without physical exercise.. You can't blame the food, they just don't exercise!

Fast, fast, fast paced life.. But yet sedentary... . We seem to be running to our jobs, to sit down in front of a computer doing nothing for hours, Running out to the car, (sitting again) rushing home only to sit in front of computers again, internet, TV, playstation etc... . No time to cook good natural meals. Its all fast foods, microwave, take out etc.. High fat, sugar, carbs, etc..

most of them are because of their lifestyles... . most of their foods are those that can be bought in groceries.. most of the time, they spend themselves sitting in front of the computer..when they need to get a work done, they just press a button..everything is computerized, no physical exercise!Ü hehe..Ü
