maybe it's retaining water. drink lots of fluids througout the day to prevent water retention. drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water is best. be careful about salty fluids or eating salty food, sodium makes you retain water.

Normally there will be some puffiness of face after a night long sleep due to the lying position causing more blood circulation to he head and face. if you have significant abnormal puffiness you should undergo blood investigations to rule out renal or kidney failure.

Actually as you will discover that your body "swells" a little during sleep. This is absolutely normal for everybody. Think about it! blood circulates less during rest period; therefore, it will congregate throughout your body and gives that "swells" look. Does that make sense? . No need to thank me now.

It may be possibly you have anemia (shortage of blood) or troubled lever. In both cases the face get swoollen after sleep. Sometimes due to our sleeping position and habits blodd circulation become irregular from brain to entire body. Please consult a doctor.

Consult a doctor, There are underlying conditions causing swelling of the face, some are serious some are not, why take chances? See a doctor now because some laboratory tests are required to give a correct diagnosis. These can't be done on line.

there could be a couple of reasons for that, the most likely is that it could be that you are allergic to something that you sleep on, chek wat your pillow is made up of.
