How are they notified that they have a new bill? Whichever way younotify them, slip in a little note that let's them know that you now accept credit cards. Develop a form they can complete and return along with their payment if they wish to switch to credit card.

Any of my creditors would include a note in my next bill. Most would redesign the payment coupon with the bill to include a space to write the credit card # for payment.

It is probably best to send them all a letter. You could also create a form that they can fill out with their credit card information and return it to you. The best way is to create the letter and form and provide them with an addressed return envelope (but it isn't necessary to provide the envelope).

Print up flyers and stick 'em in the bill or just mail 'em out and write it off as a buisness expence. :)
