The question really is what should he be in jail for?. If you're talking about the drug situation from a couple of years ago the answer quite simply is that he hasn't been charged with any crime.. There's a CNN transcript I Google searched for on this. I know it appears on Rush Limbaugh's site, but I'm sure you can validate it with CNN.
