It is a commpressed file, like a zip file. Winrar works but I use PowerArchiver. Once you have installed the software, us it to extract the .rar file.

You should get Power Archiver, it unzips almost everything hehe.

you need to get a program called winrar to uncompress it with.. . www.download.com should have it.

a .rar is kinda like a .zip ... you have to extract it . . get Winrar at download.com
