after you unzipped it you have to see one or more files. if it's a program duble click the one with the .exe extension

if u get a message when trying to open it then it is probably corrupted. if u dont try TOTAL CAOMMANDER, this has its own pack/unpack and may help

right-click on it and choose extract

go to www.rarlabs.com and download winrar install that, then right click on your downloaded file and "Extract to...(downloaded file)"
