Best answer
Being an artist is having a lifetime of learning. A short course won't do. Get a model and start painting for the rest of your days.

yes . Read drawing on the right side of the brain and the other works by this author (whose name escapes me)And of course have passion. So it seems like a short cut. Perception is everything
