Generally this means one of two things - either you have a floppy in the drive or your start up files are corrupted. After checking the floppy drive, restart your PC and keep pressing F8 until you get the menu for a safe start - select start the PC with the last know configeration that worked. If this doesn't work, you may have to reinstall Windows
