Why does it seem like the Bush Administration's phrase 'Cut the head off the Serpent' leads to beheadings?

Can you provide a link/links to this amazing occurance?. "Every time"....so how many times has it been?. You provide the facts so others can refute.. How can people refute when you don't provide any evidence?

They behead people about four times a week. It doesn't matter if Bush says that about the serpent or not.
