How can I help my friend deal with a crush on someone who is already in a relationship?

just listen to them both...... but thats the best you can do, do not suggest anything cuz they must be responsible for their own actions..... you dont want to take responsibility of being a home wrecker... do not at anytime suggest that they breakup with their existing partner and try each other out..... cuz they might blame you for the disasterous results. just ask them to talk to each other and sort things out for themselves...... . good luck
