Why do some people keep their dogs outside nonstop, despite the barking causing problems for neighbors?

These people need to be reported to authorities. This poor animal could be with a family who cares about him/her, where it wouldn't be neglected. Keeping an animal in the backyard 24-7 only promotes aggressive behavior. Seriously, call the ASPCA or your local Humane Society.

This is a lazy and selfish person that has no consideration for others. You can call the police if the dog is too disruptive.

There could be many reasons, here are a few: . . 1. Some people just shouldn't have pets...or children. 2. Many people have total disregard for others peoples lives. 3. The dog was too loud, so they put 'em outside. 4. Everyone has their own way to train a dog. 5. Neglect. 6. Maybe they weren't home to let him in

People throw their dogs outside because the dog is getting on their nerves, and they dont want to have to deal with the problem. They dont care who the dog bothers, just as long as its not bothering them. If the dog becomes such a huge problem, you can call animal control on them, and they will take action, as this is a part of animal neglect. These people shouldnt have dogs if they cant take care of them. If they put these dogs in obediance class, they could solve these problems VERY easily.

Maybe the someone doesn't want the dog to wake him/her up all night,and dosen't know how to train the dog not to bark all night. Or maybe the neighbors wear ear plugs and the someone wants to keep the neighborhood safe. It's hard to know what a person thinks or why a person does things.

because they care nothing for disturbing the peace, dog probably tears up the shoes, the garbage, whatever so they put him outside...then forget about him and ignore his barking. they should not own a dog
