Unless they are removed for violating the community guidelines, your questions and answers will always be displayed for future reference. You already know how to use an anonymous user name, though, so nobody will have any idea who you are. I don't.

Do you mean when you hit "Show Me Another..."?. . I'm not sure that you can necessarily. We aren't given quite that much customization yet.
