Dear to become a professor u will hv to do PG in ur liking subject after completion of graduation in first class.Ur academic carrier should be good or should secure above 55% marks minimum.This is for a junior lecturer. Then after Qualifying NET(National entrance Test) & doing Phd or Mphil u will become a professor.. good luck

listen first of all read book on communicatin skills then approach a classes for it it would b gd if given chance
