The first, and (cheapest)is to attend either the USAF Academy or the US Naval Academy- but you aren't guaranteed a seat in flight school at either. Three's Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, and many colleges have "Aviation Science" courses.-GOod Luck!
