Take plenty of math and science - all sciences. Of course health classes. If your HS has any physiology, kinesiology and anatomy AP classes take them too.

It doesn't matter what you take, it matter that you learn to study and learn. High school is prepare you for college (and for life) by learning to make the most of information presented to you, incorporate it into your life and make it part of you. Just learn how to learn, and it will be great.
