How can I improve my self-confidence and trust myself more?

I use to feel like that when I was young.I got some councilling although it's alway's going to be a work in progress.I feel great more day's than bad day's.. . Don't go seeking for other peoples opions on who you are as an individual.You are unique don't forget that and lovable just the way you are.

Go to a big city (whatever is closest) with 2 or 3 friends that are really outgoing. . . Start dancing in the middle of the side walk. Talk to random people, heck go speed-dating.. . You might want to take a day at the spa too, and while your there be very "I'm the best that's every come through here- you best recognize" lol.. you'll be fine.

Go to your doctor and tell him how you feel. If this is a hormone imbalance and medication can help it would be awful to go on any longer feeling like that if you don't have to. Zoloft works well for social anxiety.

you are 1/2 way there! you recognized the problem;good for you! when you can see the problem the answer is right behind it. you know the feeling of not trusting yourself and don't like it. when you have a decision to make think it through. when you get to a good feeling this is the answer.
