What is the meaning behind the name of God?

Amazing as this is going to sound, ELOHIM-the original name in Hebrew, reveals GOD is plural-ONE GOD BUT MORE THAN ONE MEMBER! "Let US make MAN in OUR image"!!! There is no mention of a "trinity" in your Bible. There is however a bold invitation from your Creator for YOU--yes,YOU--to JOIN HIS FAMILY!!! Why do people refuse to believe that? There is ONE GOD FAMILY but 2 MEMBERS now...that is were YOU come in! WHY were you born? THINK of the awesome power of your mind!!! An accident? YOU were born to rule with GOD! Believe it or not. Read your Bible...look up "sons of God","children of God","sons and daughters"--the TRUTH is truly far more exciting than fabled fiction.

In my Hebrew Scriptures class we learned that God's name is YHWH, or Yahweh. It is not supposed to be spoken. I don't remember what it means.
