My eating philosophy is:. Eat breakfast like a KING.. Eat lunch like a PRINCE.. Eat dinner like a PAUPER.. . I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives you more energy to concentrate and to start your day better. And morning time is the best time to burn calories, so don't be afraid to eat a hearty breakfast.. . If you like bread: . have TOAST and all sorts of jams!!. . If you like cereals:. eat CEREALS with high fibre, not just the cute colored ones!. . If you are a female, include high calcium milk in your diet. It really helps you to reduce the risk of osteoporosis, as women are so much prone to this disease. You don't want to be 30 and not be able to pick up things from the floor!!!

A sunny-side up with a small scoop of vanilla icecream on top of French toast (Belgium tub butter, not margarine) that is made with slices from a cinnamin raisen loaf of bread with a glass of caramel flavored soy latte milk, sliced bowl of fruit on the side, and a multi-vitamin pill.
