I'm assuming you mean three powers that one has that the other does not.. . 1: Article I, Section 3: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.. . 2: Article I, Section 7: All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.. . 3: (Advise and Consent) Article II, Section 2: He (the President) shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties.
