Best answer
It means that there was a picture that was supposed to be there. But for one reason or another (as stated in the last answer "broken link") it did not appear. The red X is telling you "NO" and the Box is telling you "picture." Thus-No Picture

It means there's supposed to be a picture there. Right click on the x and then left click on "show picture".You can also try refreshing the page.
