you can get a sore throat by doing a lot of things. screaming out loud, smoking a lot, drinking a lot, etc. but if you want to really get a sore throat, you could eat a lot of sweets and keep your mouth open the whole evening. the sugar from the sweets serve as breeding grounds for bacteria that make your throat sore.
