Why do cats chew on photos and envelopes?

your cat probably likes to chew on stuff like that is because they like to chew on things. well...u know that cats like to chew on grass? well ur cat is probably not around any grass so it chews on somthing else. if u want ur cat to stop chewing on ur photos and stuff i sujest that u buy ur cat some cat grass.

Cats like too chew on a whole lot of things. My cat Buzz likes too chew up paper and it would sound really weird if I said that my cat ate my homework.

I am not sure why the cats chew on the things. But I know they like is you ball up paper and throw it for them. Maybe he just wants to play. But you don't want them to eat it because they can get bond up. If you know what I mean.

Haha, he or she probably senses that the photos and envelopes are important. My cat Meg used to sit on my homework while I was working on it, and she'd sit on my mom's book if she left the room for a moment.

they really just like to massage there gums, and cardboard is there favorite, so that's why they usually sink there teeth into photos, envelopes, mostly stuff made out of paper. Try placing a piece of cardboard in front of him or her, they will love it.

Well I dont know about envelopes, but pictures I can help with. My cat Sassy is 14 years old and has been a picture Alic for years. She licks and scratches off the glossy finish of the photos. WHY well because the finish is made of gelatin products which taste good to certain cats. Just make sure you put them away there is n way to break the habit
