Hardcore exercising is great for fighting depression. Also read up on vitamins your body could be lacking. Good luck!!

I PERSONLY CAN SAY IT DONT GO AWAY U GOTTA WORK WITH IT EVERY DAY LIKE A BAD HEAR IT WILL HAVE GOOD AND BAD DAYS JUST KEEP THE FAITH AND GOD LUCK WITH IT

In answer to the question where depression. comes from, there can be a wide variety of. factors: chemical imbalance, psychological. experiences, how we think people think about. us,etc. Knowing where it comes from might. be helpful and there are resources (counseling). which could be beneficial. Dealing with it. is tough and can be a long process. Again,. help helps. Accepting yourself, finding the. good things in your world, getting involved with. something worthwhile are all basic steps, but you. have to find your answers yourself.

i dont think anyone will understand what your going through or undertand how you feel; this is something you yourself are going through. sometimes its the little things that count, like treating yourself to a little mani-pedi or channeling your energy into favourite past times of yours. Depression can be frustrating to deal with, but keeping yourself busy and mind balanced should keep your mind off the negative aspects in life.
