Best answer
You will need to call the Social Security and/or disability office in your area. They will do a phone appointment and send you the paperwork.

I DON'T THINK SO UNLESS IT'S S S DISABILITY. REGULAR S S YOU HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 62 AND THEN YOU ONLY COLLECT 80% AND IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YEAR YOU WERE BORN AS TO COLLECT FULL S S
