Avoid coffee and red wine as much as possible. Both will quickly stain your teeth,Strawberries have a natural bleaching effect and are loaded with Vitamin C, so you simply can't lose. Rub the pulp over your teeth and then rinse, Brushing your teeth every 12 hours,Lemon peel massaged over the teeth is often used for whitening. Rinse thoroughly,Avoid smoking, floss at least once a day.thank you

My braces are coming off in august and i was thinking the same thing. My orthodontist told me that the crest whitening strips work well. But if you dont mind spending alot of money you can get them profecionally whitened (i am just going to get the strips;)

Brushing..... . The stuff you can buy over the counter is temporary at best.

The color of your teeth depends on a lot of things. If your teeth were naturally white before the actual treatment, then all you need to do is make sure that all the "glue" that was used for the braces is off by getting an ultrasonic scaling done. You can then use a whitening strip to lightly bleach your teeth, although this is recommended after a few weeks to ensure harder tooth structure which will endure the bleaching. You can also go in for a professional "in-office" bleach. Talk to your dentist about it.

the type of color you have may depend on genetic traits in that case there's no type of toothpaste that will whiten it most importantly is your level of hygiene make sure you brush regularly.
