Explain why smoking is considered morally wrong by some people

because people are NEVER happy unless they have something to b*tch about, I can not stand someone telling me how bad smoking is, how bad it is for me, how it stinks, blah blah blah..........it makes me want to light up and blow it straight in their faces!!!!!

NO you are not a bad person, people will always think what they want ...so what, I smoke and if I am around people who don't smoke then I will go outside or move away from them, if they are friends then they are not going to judge you for smoking... and if they don't know you who cares what they think, as long as you happy with yourself

Well, a lot of smokers have been shown as edgy and bad through the media. People don't respect smokers because they do not enjoy fumes in their air. If you do not respect yourself then, people will not assume that you will respect them and then in turn, the smoker will not be respected.

You aren't a Bad Person, you are Sexy and Glamourous. Unless you smoke around other people who don't, or children, or if you are pregnant, then you would be a Bad Person. Good on you for giving up. If I had never started or had stopped I would be perfect too but I did/haven't, and so I am not.

its disgusting. But its a very complex social problem. I mean some poeple accually like it. I tend to think it is very unatractive. Thats the difference. BUT I think people should be able to do with their bodies what they want... Its just like the issue of religion. I like the fact that anyone can be whatever religion they want, becuase I am an athiest and I want the freedom to be that too. so I tolirate the others veiws.. yes smoking sucks.. but I like to smoke pot and drink, so what can I really say.

A lot of people just aren't happy unless they're telling someone else how to live their own lives. Everyone should just mind their own d@mn business. As for me, I smoke, and I've always thought that a pretty girl smoking a cigarette was one of the most arousing, erotic sights around.
