Well I just kept boosting myself up. I use to feel the same way. Then I learned you only have one life and if you spend the whole time being sorry for yourself you miss out on tons of awesome experiences.

First believe that the world is beautiful, wise and loving.. Try to help others whenever possible and get an opportunity.. Try to praise others whenever anybody does a good thing or achieves something. . When you need something and can't get easily you will feel others' worth.. You try to avoid jelousy and ruin your EGO.. Your problem will get solved.. Best Luck.

A counsellor told me that for every one time someone tells you something negative about yourself (or you tell yourself something negative), you need to be told, (or tell yourself) the positive antidote 14 times to undo the damage. Just keep doing that until you believe the good stuff. . . It also helps if you truly believe that every single person (including yourself) is unique and precious, and true worth can not be acquired with money.

Follow these steps:. . > Get yourself a good bath and dress in your best dress.. . > take a blank page and write down five things you done in past which makes you feel proud, or write down five achievements of yours till date. . > Write down name of five people you know and you like most and write down their telephone numbers too.. . > Write down five movies you like most.. . Now read these achievements and one by one and close your eyes and think about that time and try to relive those moments, now call all five people one by one and try to tal to them and greet them ad tell them how much you like or admire them, now hire any one of those five movies and see it. I am sure things will be better by now.. . ADi.

Oh honey! Nobody will love you or like you more then you. What are things you like no love about your self? The only thing I can tell you is what would you tell your son or your nephew if he had this problem? Take that advice and work with it.

When I was younger I too would tell myself the same things. I had very low self-esteem and would constantly beat myself up. When I got older I talked to a counselor, got tested and found out I had a chemical imbalance (serotonin) that caused me to be depressed(hence the negative thoughts) compounded with a lonely childhood. I was treated for the imbalance and counseled for the negative thoughts. I was told for every negative think of and say out "I got out of bed and brushed my teeth) It takes practice to think of positive things when weve trainded ouselves to think negative. Remember that we are our worst enemies. Make yourself your friend, your Best friend. You deserve to be happy. You are a good person. See a counselor, get tested for depression, get treated, and think positively. Good luck to you.

when you start thinking that, remember that how your life turns out starts with your thoughts. That's the first step. Now, while you're thinking what you've been thinking, STOP- and think if you really want to be what you're contemplating. I don't think you do- so stop convincing your-self that you are as bad as you think you are. Besides, on whose standards are you basing these ratings? Don't let others make your decisions for you.
