ARE you negative all of the time, no you are not, for it is impossible in my opinion because every action has a negative and positive reaction its just that you see only the negative side, there is a old saying about looking for the good in everthing we do, will bring on happiness that shines through, now if you do this you will be happy some of the time until you meet the person who is bad that's when you get your butt kicked, but i would sooner be a positive person ,an optimist coupled with a good dose of common sense, and getting the mix right is called experience.. there are loads of self help books on the market but the one or two that helped me was ''i can i will'' by Norman Vincent Peale, it as a religious undercurrent but that aside he gives you a positive. philosophy to live by which is a very good reason to read it.. and any book by Jonathan Livingstone seagull, another positive insightful author, regards LF
