Run and do more running,leg lifts,don't eat any fat foods,NONE. Running helps,maybe even boating too,paddle boating....good luck Saddle bags are hard to look at,this I agree with you. So,run run run,maybe some leg lifts too...Good Luck...Great Legs are wonderful to look at,but don't subject us to anything different...Can't wait to see the NEW YOU.
