What are effective methods to reduce thigh circumference?

Running or any other form of cardio, Leg Presses or Squats all of these are great for trimming down those thighs and toning the rest of your legs and buttocks. A combination of these would be best

Sit on an exercises ball and roll down until your lower back is on it. Your thighs should be parallel to the ground. Now lower your butt down the ball and back up, squeezing your butt muscles as you come up. Do this for 15 - 20 reps and about 3 -4 times a night. Also you could get a thigh master kind of thing - that squeezes the devise between your knees. Aerobic is important too!. . Good site!.... . http://www.targetwoman.com/articles/thigh-exercise.html
