lack of will amongst the richest countries who use "corruption" as an excuse, though it is western corporations who are corrupting leaders abroad.. . the biggest economy (US) only gives 0.13% of GDP as aid, despite all developed countries agreeing to give 0.7% (some european countries are on target, but not uk, france, germany or italy).

The UN is as worthless as t!ts on a boar. I am surprised they can even open the doors. Close them down and turn the buildings into a homeless shelter.
