For the most part I think people think faster than they can type. I'm a perfectionist, so I will read my post over and over until it "sounds" legible.. However, keep in mind there are dyslexics, who really can't help it sometimes.. Then there are people that are in the 85 - 90 IQ range...

I try to stay on top of it.. I do use spell check.. I try to answer in way that is closest to the way I talk.. So there are times when I have to say deeze dem doze cause I grew up in New Jersey about 8 miles from NYC and that is how I talk when I get worked up.. I slip into JERSEYEZE.

They write the way they talk, not the way how writing should be.

I am SO happy someone else (and it appears quite a few of you agree) that it is irritating to see those posts where you have to try and interpret what they are asking before you can even answer...then you wonder if they can read and understand plain English!

I think most of that must be just kids playing...at least I hope so. I know that our schools have been on the decline for last 15 years or so but....and that is a big but.

I always think the same thing, if they can read they should see the Check Spelling. If their in a hurry why be on here answering questions. Its really annoying when some one asks a question and gets a reply that says, I Dunno. If you Dunno, move on to something you do know. Its not like your going to win a big prize for getting the most points.

Its not that people are ignorant, its that they are typos and people are in a hurry and maybe some people are just trying to get their two points and proof reading what they have typed is to much work and takes to long sometime depending how much you have typed.
