Investment clubs, blogs, real estate forums, local real estate agents.. . I write a blog on the subject of credit management, mortgages, real estate trends, etc. Check it out for more information that may be helpful.

You should join your local investment club if you have one. If not i suggest you start one. Next start meeting new ppl and sell your dreams to them tell them what your trying to do and why. there are numerous ways you can go about this but make sure you can trust partner.

If you are looking to flip properties the best place to start looking for money is a Mortgage Broker. A good broker will be able to find money for you.
