buy one card of cigarrett..dont smoke it but place to of the cigarrette on the box...on the kitchen cabinetts this is for the demon of smoke...you will still have crabbing...but tell the demon dad you saved two of the cigarr...for her...in few weeks you will see that demon buying two pack of cigarr. but in few you will have no craving at all...it work.

The Patch is probably the best way to go, unless you can do it cold turkey. It also depends on how long you have been smoking and what type of smoker you are. It will be a lot easier to quit if you are a social smoker compared to a chain smoker.

The best way is if YOU really want to YOU will. No pill or patch will work unless YOU want to do it. do it before the baby cuz afterwards the stress of the baby fussing or crying will amke you want to smoke. I wish you well and good luck!
