Think of it like this. The guy that owns the cigarete company does not smoke,he spends your money on things he wants. How much of your money do you want to give him and are you going to let him kill you and destroy your health!

It varies on how bad you wish to quit. I'm down to only smoking when I drink. And I only do that on the weekends. Good luck...
