Yes - you can affect blood pressure with diet and exercise - however, if your BP is high, you should consult a doctor.. . Yoga, running, meditation, and a lower carb diet can have seriously positive affects on BP.

A balanced and proper diet, exercise, controlling your stress levels, and possibly medication (if discussed with your doctor).. . I did hear somewhere once that people who controlled their BP by modifying your lifestyle fared better than those who used medication.
