eliminate salt from your diet. also eliminate stress from your life and try to get more exercise.

decrease the amount of sodium (salt) you intake. Loose weight. get plenty of sleep. take omega 3 fatty acids like fish oil. decrease your stress level.

take garlic pills, or have fresh garlic cooked in your meals, eat oatmeal and have a 8 hour rest. also drink more water than soda or soft drinks.

Eat a lot of celery and bananas...but, if you have really high blood pressure you should get medication for it...it may be dangerous to try to treat it yourself.

Diet and Exersize. Limiting your salt intake and if you would be overweight..it's best to shed them pounds also.

Walk half an hour a day, at least, cut down on red meat, coffee, alcohol and salt. Increase vegetables and fruit. Good Luck. Take the medication if the doc says so.
