What happens when you right-click and drag a file to a folder on another disk in Windows?

When you right click on a file and then drag it on to any other location, windows gives you options to "Move", "Copy", "Create Shortcuts" to the new location or "Cancel" the operation. . . Try it!

Straight answer: Right click drag in windows is to copy/move a file or create a short-cut.. I'm sure you could figure this by yourself, but if you have any inherent question, please elaborate on that.
